The last day for ordering animals for delivery up to and including 15 December is 7 December 2009.

Orders for delivery on 5 January 2010 must be placed by COB on Wednesday 16 December 2009.

Normal ordering and delivery arrangements will resume on 5 January 2010.

Conditions
1. Orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance.
2. Orders raised at short notice will be filled only if supplies are available.
3. Cancellation of orders need to be placed with Biological Resources without delay giving minimum notice of 3 days. Less than this period will incur a cancellation fee of 50-100% of cost of animals unless specified by the supplier. This is not applicable to time-mated animals.
4. All interstate animals arrrive on Tuesdays only. Orders required outside of this delivery time will incur extra cost.
